Why don't Prevacid redi-tabs (the ones that disintegrate surrounded by your mouth) work as resourcefully as the actual pill?

Seems much less forceful. And I am not sure why. I noticed matching thing for other redi tab. Like Claritin. what do umean by actuall pills>? the one we ingest ? ok the ones that desintigrate are so lipophilic so they disolve in lipid which cell membrances surrounded by our cells are made of
as we enjoy a good circulation underneath our tongues so once the pill desintigrate it disolves and penetrates the tissues under our tongue reaching the circulation within there and this is a pretty in haste process which takes aboiut 30 sec which is much faster than the ingesting process which take about 30 min to start and give or take a few 4 hours to be completed for a pill
